Registered Nurse RN
Whitney Place at Northbridge seeks Registered Nurse to join our growing team.

Our Adult Day Health Centers provide an inspired day program combining healthcare and social support for seniors living at home; door-to-door transportation to and from the Center is available. Clients enjoy hot, nutritious meals, recreation, personal care and assisted showers. Other professional services can be arranged, including rehabilitation therapies, nursing care, podiatry, mental health counseling and social services.
Responsibilities
o Create initial client assessment and care plan in accordance with established policies and procedures; coordinate the development and on-going review of client care plans
o Supervise other health care staff members
o Write and send quarterly review and order updates to physicians
o Provide and/or assist clients with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bathing/showering, feeding and nourishment, and incontinence care
o Maintain clean and safe environment, ensuring the highest quality of care at all times
Requirements
o Current Massachusetts RN License
o Two years of experience in the direct care of elderly or chronically disabled persons
o Ability to work under stress and in emergency situations
o A valid Massachusetts driver's license
o Ability to communicate effectively in English through verbal and written means
