This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for insurance and a flair for customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring our clients are provided with the best possible coverage for their businesses. ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be expected to:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Analyze, assess, and address client's risk management needs to recommend suitable insurance coverage. Prepare and present proposals for renewals and new business, demonstrating a clear understanding of clients' requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to negotiate terms and conditions for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and product developments to provide accurate information to clients. Handle all aspects of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance. Resolve any policy related issues or concerns and ensure compliance with policy standards and guidelines. QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Commercial Lines Account Manager role should possess the following:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically in property and casualty. Proven experience in account management, policy analysis, and risk management. Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex insurance concepts to clients. Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make informed decisions based on data. Proficiency in using insurance software systems and other computer applications. A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one upon hire. A commitment to continuous professional development and learning in the insurance industry.
